Marina O’Rourke

Marina is a seasoned franchise technology executive with experience developing and running technology teams in franchise brands including Subway, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and ServiceMaster. Marina’s reputation is as a collaborative leader who works with her counterparts to develop and implement strategies and tactics that drive profitable growth. She is able to explain complex concepts and technology in relatable terms to business leaders and boards. She is experienced in the development of products and applications that are customer facing. She has developed and implemented many large-scale products across multiple retail locations. She believes in creating a team culture that values identifying mistakes and issues early to avoid project delays. A culture where each team member is encouraged to bring up concerns and issues in the service of delighting stakeholders and customers. Marina has volunteered with several IFA committees and currently serves on the Women’s Franchise Committee.
