Jack is a long-time change agent and disruptor. He led the implementation of the first enterprise-wide project management system at Bell Atlantic in the late 1980s. This opportunity helped him learn a lesson or two in Organizational Change Management, convincing long-time employees who preferred managing by the seat of their pants, to adopt the system. Jack served as the Vice President of Operational Systems Support at Winstar, a billion-dollar telecom start-up using fixed-wireless technology, where his organization provided support for innovative technology in its infancy. For the last ten years, Jack has worked in the staffing industry focused on the healthcare space. He has successfully opened four Fortune 500 accounts and placed hundreds of candidates. Jack has a passion for finding the right talent and enjoys using unconventional methods to find talented resources for hard-to-fill roles.
