Mercedes joined Tsource in 2018 as Vice President of Operations. She is a proven and results-oriented IT leader with over 25 years of experience spanning application development, project management, enterprise infrastructure, and strategic planning. Before joining Tsource, Mercedes spent 19 years with Allegis Group starting her career as a PeopleSoft Developer during their enterprise implementation of PeopleSoft in 1996. She served in a number of leadership roles while there including PeopleSoft Application Manager, Director of Enterprise Operations, Director of Customer Engagement, and finally as Chief Information Officer before retiring in 2015. She is passionate about helping organization’s achieve their goals and creating opportunities for teams and employees to grow and learn. Mercedes holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University and Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Baltimore. She enjoys spending time with family, gardening, the beach, and being outdoors whenever she can.
