Bonnie is Managing Member and CEO of Tsource. She joined Tsource in 2015 as Senior Account Manager responsible for overseeing the strategic initiatives and business development efforts for Tsource’s corporate accounts. Bonnie has over 25 years of client management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including identifying and developing new accounts in the Mid Atlantic Region as Senior Account Manager for Fresenius Medical Care North America and as a Senior Account Manager with Abbott Pharmaceuticals for 22 years. Her ability to build strong and trusting relationships with physicians and medical office staff, tenacity in researching and identifying needs and passion to help others allowed her to deliver effective solutions for her clients and their patients. Bonnie brings these same traits in supporting and delivering solutions to Tsource’s clients, candidates, and employees. Bonnie earned her Bachelor’s degree at James Madison University. She enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, and spending time at the beach.
